THE OPPORTUNITY

Interest arrives. The process gets in the way.

An inquiry in one inbox, a note in a spreadsheet, and a follow-up nobody owns. A connected workflow helps your team see what arrived, who is responsible, and what needs to happen next.

A clearer path
to the next customer.

  1. 01

    Capture

An inquiry arrives through a connected form or channel.

  2. 02

    Organize

Details enter the appropriate customer record.

  3. 03

    Assign

The right person receives a notification or task.

  4. 04

    Follow up

Your team responds and records the conversation.

  5. 05

    Progress

A quote or appointment becomes the next action.

  6. 06

    Review

The outcome is recorded so the team can see what happened.

ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO / NOT A CLIENT RESULT

A form submission becomes an assigned opportunity.

Imagine a service request arriving while your team is on a job. A configured workflow adds the details to your CRM, assigns an owner, and creates a follow-up task. The owner records the conversation and moves the inquiry toward a quote, keeping the next action visible.

PUBLISHED RESEARCH

More room for customer conversations.

Salesforce’s seventh State of Sales report found that sales representatives spent 60% of their average workweek on work classified as non-selling.

60%

Of the average workweek spent on non-selling work

Source: Salesforce, State of Sales, seventh edition (2026). Vendor-published survey of 4,050 sales professionals in 22 countries, conducted August–September 2025. This is time allocation—not 60% potential savings. Non-selling work can be necessary.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A little clarity.
A better start.

Questions about your setup?

Ask Maven
Can you use the CRM I already have?

We first review the product, plan, access permissions, and available integrations. Supported connections and any additional costs are confirmed in the scope.

Do I need a CRM before we start?

No. We can discuss your current process and whether a CRM would be useful. A simpler workflow may be appropriate for a smaller team.

Can follow-up happen automatically?

Certain tasks, notifications, or permitted messages can be automated. We decide which actions should remain with a person and how permissions and opt-outs are handled.

What happens if a connection fails?

We agree on the handling of errors, alerts, and manual recovery as part of the implementation. External services and account changes can affect integrations.

Will this replace my team?

The focus is on reducing repetitive handling and clarifying next steps. Your team still owns customer relationships, decisions, and the work that needs human judgment.
